Partner With Purpose. Build With Us.
Community organizations, case managers, and reentry programs:
We're building The Freedom Line WITH Delaware, not just FOR Delaware.
Your organization can become a Conductor in the Freedom Line Network:
Who We Serve
From reentry to revival, from pulpits to phone booths — The Freedom Line connects the folks doing the work and the ones who need it most.
Community
For the people.
Those coming home, seeking housing, work, or stability.
Folks navigating systems that were never built for them.
We see you and we built this line for you.
Conductors
The barbers, the pastors, the organizers, the aunties. Conductors run our stations, using voice tech to extend their reach offering care that doesn’t clock out at 5pm.
Partners

Churches, community centers, reentry programs, and small businesses together form the Network. Each station strengthens another. Collective infrastructure for collective freedom.
Stations for Everyone

From Voice to Vibration
Our AI Conductors sound like home.
Trained with care, not cold code.

How it works
The Freedom Line is simple.
You call, you’re heard, and you get help that lasts.

Pick up any phone. Dial any Freedom Line station and you’re already on the path.

Our AI Conductors don’t judge — they listen.
You can talk about housing, work, family, or what’s heavy on your heart.
They listen first, then help you find what you need — with dignity and care.
Freedom is a relay, not a solo run.
Our local partners pick up the baton — helping callers find housing, legal help, and family support that holds steady after the line goes quiet.
From a call to a comeback.

Because freedom should be reachable — not downloadable.
The Freedom Line makes access simple: just your voice, your story, and a community ready to respond.
We Are Digital Tubman
The Freedom Line is rooted in the Underground Railroad:
Stations = 24/7 phone numbers. Call anytime.
Conductors = The trusted hands of community: pastors, barbers, organizers.
The Network = A living web of connection and care.
“I don’t build apps; I build ACCESS.”
— Minista Jazz, Founder of The Freedom Line

The Work We Do
Finding a safe place shouldn’t be the hardest part of starting over. We connect callers with local shelters, transitional housing, and rental assistance built to last.
Housing & Stability

Your experience has value. The Freedom Line translates skills from every season of life into jobs, training, and entrepreneurship pathways.
Work & Opportunity

Whether it’s reunification, custody, or expungement, we link folks with services that see their humanity before their history.
Legal & Family Support

Sometimes what you need most isn’t a resource — it’s a reminder. The Freedom Line offers voices that meet you with calm, care, and compassion.
Emotional Grounding

Meet the Founder

Minista Jazz didn’t come from Silicon Valley.
She came from the salon chair, the prayer circle, and the family room where truth got told.
Every space she touched became a mic for somebody else’s story.
She spent years in ministry and social work, watching systems clock out while the struggle stayed clocked in.
Phones stopped ringing after five, but the pain didn’t.
So she built something that would always answer.
When the world shut down, she opened her laptop and taught herself technology, not for clout, but for community.
Out of lockdown came The Freedom Line: a voice-powered network built on care, not code.
It’s the heartbeat of her Digital Tubman framework: tech that moves like our ancestors moved, quiet, connected, unstoppable.
Because liberation doesn’t log off.
It picks up when you call.
"Freedom is a relay, not a solo run."
"The Freedom Line isn’t a hotline.
It’s a lifeline."
